If you would like to make a sweet little hedgehog cookie, you will find just the cutter you need in our “In the garden” section. First ice his face and add sugar pearls for the eye and nose. Don’t forget to ice his sweet little feet! Leave the face to dry. Once dry, use an edible marker to draw the smile. Next, outline and flood the body with delicious chocolate royal icing then cover in chocolate vermicelli. A quick and easy treat that will have your kids “prickling” with excitement!

My son Cameron had his turn to be the “baker-baker” at school recently and he was determined to take dinosaur cookies for his friends. Out of all the many cookie cutters I now have in my collection, dinosaurs were extinct, so thanks to Cameron, we now have a “Dinosaur ” category for all the Moms out there with dinosaur loving little boys like mine!
