We have various delivery options available to suit your budget:
- Door-to-door courier service at a flat rate of R95. All orders to the value of R495 or more qualify for free delivery! (Please choose the “free shipping” option on checking out.) Please supply a physical address where someone will be available to accept the parcel during normal business hours. We reserve the right to choose the service provider.
- Pudo collection from a locker of your choice for R60. Please select your desired locker location and specify this on the “order notes” when checking out. You can find a list of locations on the Pudo website: https://www.pudo.co.za/where-to-find-us. You will receive a pin from Pudo when your parcel has reached the locker. Please ensure that you collect your parcel WITHIN 36 HOURS of being notified that it is ready.
- Free collection in Hillcrest for customers in the Durban area. Please contact us on 082 875 1512 to arrange.
Orders close at 12 noon Monday to Thursday, and 11am on Fridays. Orders received before closing time will be dispatched the same afternoon. Orders received after closing time will be processed the following day.
Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery to major cities, and 2-4 working days for delivery to outlying areas. Please note that there may be disruptions to delivery services that are beyond our control, we urge you to please plan orders in advance with ample time for delivery. If you are paying via EFT, please ensure that you email proof of payment to accounts@treatboutique.co.za so that we can begin processing your order swiftly. Please use your order number and name as a reference when making payment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are most welcome! Payment may be made via PayPal and we will ship your order via FedEx or DHL. Please email us on info@treatboutique.co.za should you require further information.
